In execution of a Deed of Trust dated March 2, 2011, recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Southampton County, as Instrument Number 110000592, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and designated as: ALL THAT certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in the Newsoms Magisterial District of Southampton County, Virginia, containing Forty-four Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Four (44,124) square feet or 1.013 acres, by survey, on the northeast side of and adjoining Virginia State Highway No. 672, with metes and bounds as shown on plat of survey made by S. V. Camp, III and Associates, C.L.S., dated October 31, 1989, a copy of said plat being recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia in Deed Book 333, page 528.

Sale shall take place on July 7, 2016, at 12:00 noon at the front entrance of the Circuit Court building, Southampton County, Virginia. Sale shall be subject to all matters of record lawfully affecting the title to the property. The property will be sold “as is” without any guaranty or representation as to condition or title and will be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be announced at the sale. The successful bidder may be required to deposit 10% of the sale price in cash or by cashiers or certified check at the time his bid is accepted. Settlement in full shall take place within 10 days of sale and shall be in cash or by cashiers or certified check.
