The America’s Farmers Grow Communities sponsored by the Monsanto Fund is giving Western Tidewater farmers a chance to win money to give to a nonprofit organization.

Now through Wednesday, Nov. 30, they are offering farmers the opportunity to enroll for a chance to win a $2500 donation to direct toward their favorite community nonprofit organization.

According to America’s Farmers Grow Communities, “The purpose of the program is to make a positive impact in farming communities across America.”

There will be one winner randomly selected in each of the 1,331 eligible counties across 41 states. Since the program began in 2010, they have partnered with farmers to award over $22 million to more than 8,000 nonprofit organizations to make a positive impact in farming communities.
