SEDLEY — Sabrah Creasey Cobb, 82, widow of Robert Henry Cobb, passed away on Oct. 10, 2016, at her home.
She was born in Bedford, Virginia, a daughter of the late Octo and Evelyn Barbour Creasey, and was predeceased by a brother, Garland Creasey, and a sister, Lucille Collier.
She was retired from the Hancock Peanut Buying Station, and was a member of Grace Memorial United Methodist Church.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Nancy Caulder (Keith) of Carrsville; a son, Robert H. Cobb Jr. (Anita) of Sedley; a stepdaughter, Madelyn Parker of Suffolk; two brothers, James Creasey and Jewell Creasey (Shirley), all of Sedley; four grandchildren, Michael Burgess (Kimberly), Kimberly Suits (Dustin), Eric Cobb (Kevin) and Robert Cobb (Sarah); and a host of nieces and nephews.
The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct, 13, at Rosemont Cemetery with the Rev. Rita Kanten officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home, and suggests that memorial donations be made to a favorite charity.
