Franklin Mustangs junior, senior youth football teams undefeated 3-0

Franklin’s Youth Football and Cheer continued play for week three of the 2016 season with games held at Armory Drive Recreational Park on Oct. 19. League games were held starting at 6 p.m. with flag and junior league games. Senior games started around 7 p.m.
As of Wednesday’s games, the Windsor Knights and Holland Razorbacks flag leagues both stand at 2-1 for the season. The Boykins Bulldogs and the Franklin Mustangs stand at 1-2.
In the Junior League, the Franklin Mustangs remain undefeated, 3-0 for the season. The Windsor Knights stand at 2-1, the Boykins Bulldogs at 1-1, and the Holland Razorbacks at 1-2.
The Franklin Mustangs are also undefeated 3-0 thus far in the Senior League. The Boykins Bulldogs, Windsor Knights and Surry Cougars senior league teams are all 1-1 for the season, and the Holland Razorbacks are 0-3.
The next round of games will take place today, Oct. 26.
