Kimberly Latrece Cooper, 32, of Prentis Avenue, Portsmouth, was arrested on a charge of driving with license revoked, third or subsequent.

Larry Darden, 63, of Elizabeth Street, Boykins, was arrested on a charge of knowingly making false application for welfare assistance.

Bobby Charles Evans Sr., 60, of Greenhead Road, Courtland, was arrested on charges of contributing to delinquency, abuse of a child, resisting arrest, and obstructing justice without threats of force.

Leola Pope Evans, 57, of Greenhead Road, Courtland, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing justice without threats of force, preventing a law enforcement officer from making arrest, contributing to delinquency, and abuse of a child.

Timothy Bethune, 51, of Seaboard Street, was arrested on charges of being drunk in public and using profane language.
