Franklin City Manager R. Randy Martin announced today that the regular scheduled meeting of Franklin’s city council, originally scheduled for Monday, Jan. 9 at 7 p.m., has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

Martin reports that the meeting and scheduled public hearing to seek nominations for the vacant ward four and five seats on the Franklin city school board will be rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 23 at 7 p.m.

All Franklin city offices will also be closed on Monday due to inclement weather.
