Franklin City Public schools and offices open tomorrow at their regular times, according to announcement made late Wednesday afternoon by Kelvin Edwards Sr., interim superintendent.

Southampton County Public schools and offices will have a two-hour delay in opening on Thursday. This information comes from Dr. Gwendolyn Shannon, superintendent.
