The object of the above-styled suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of that certain real property located at 1317 Mariner Street in Franklin, in the County of Southampton, Virginia, of which Doretha Britt Johnson died seized and possessed on June 22, 2011; and it appearing by affidavit that there are or may be persons interested in the subject real estate whose names an unknown, made parties defendant hereto by the general description of “parties unknown”, such unknown parties being the heirs at law, devisees, and successors in title to James Shephard Fuller, whose last known address was Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; It is therefore, ORDERED that the said persons made respondents by the general description of “parties unknown”, do appear on or before the 7th day of March, 2017, in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
