ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above styled suit is to obtain the relief prayed for in said Complaint for Partition.
It appearing by Affidavit, filed according to law, that the above named defendants, as set out in the pleadings, are persons described and classified under the general description of “Parties Unknown” are deemed interested in the subject standing timber to be divided or disposed of, and the nature of such interest are as described in the Complaint and Affidavit for Order of Publication.
It is therefore ORDERED that the said defendants appear on or before the 18th day of April, 2017 in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect his or her interest and, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Tidewater News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Southampton; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held and that a copy of this order be mailed to the last known address of the defendants, if any.
