JACKSON dated December 13, 2000, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 000003924, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on April 6, 2017 at 3:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

 

All those certain lots or parcels of land lying situate and being in Drewryville Magisterial District, Southampton County, Virginia, containing 1.001 acres located at the intersection of Bertorna Drive and Southampton Parkway and designated as Lots Nos. 1 and 2 on plat entitled “Plat Showing Physical Survey for Mae S. Jackson and Joseph A. Jackson Drewryville, Magis. District Southampton Co., Virginia Scal 1″ = 50′ June 20, 1994 Survey By S. V. Camp, III and Associates C.L.S. Courtland, Va. Total Area = 1.001 Acres”, attached hereto, made a part hereof, duly recorded in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia in Plat Book 19, at page 166.
