FRANKLIN
The Franklin Summer Super Jam program, sponsored by the Franklin Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia and the Franklin Department of Parks & Recreation, opened for the summer on Monday.

The program is located at the S.P. Morton Elementary School and is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parents interested in enrolling youth in the annual program are invited to do so by coming to the main office of the Boys & Girls Club at the school.

Many of the youth enrolled in the program enjoyed their first day out of school with fun at the Armory Drive Recreational Park Swimming Pool.
