Southampton County, as Instrument Number 050001733, the undersigned will offer for sale at

public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and

designated as: ALL THAT certain parcel of land in City of Franklin, Southampton County,

Commonwealth of VA, as more fully described in Book 186 Page 505 ID# 137-080-7-37, 38,

being known and designated as Lots 37 and 38, Block 7 Subdivision #2 of the P.R. Camp Dairy

Farm. Being the same property conveyed by fee simple deed from South Colony Corporation to

John Cooper and Essie Cooper, dated 4/10/1969 in Book 186, Page 505 in Southampton County

records. Commonwealth of VA.

Sale shall take place on July 25,2017, at 12:00 noon at the front entrance of the Circuit Court building,

Southampton County, Virginia. Sale shall be subject to all matters of record lawfully affecting the title to

the property. The property will be sold “as is” without any guaranty or representation as to condition or

title and will be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be announced at the sale.

The successful bidder may be required to deposit 10% of the sale price in cash or by cashiers or certified

check at the time his bid is accepted. Settlement in full shall take place within 10 days of sale and shall

be in cash or by cashiers or certified check.
