FRANKLIN — The Rev. Dr. William F. Denson Jr. of Delaware Road passed away on July 26, 2017, while a patient in Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg, Virginia.

The service celebrating his life will be on Tuesday, Aug. 1, at 1 p.m., in Apostolic Faith Church of God, 680 Oak St., with the Rev, Kenneth Hawthorne delivering the message of comfort; Elder Ronnie Warren is the host pastor.

A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St.
