FRANKLIN – A significant number of business and residential customers of Charter Communications in Western Tidewater remain without phone, cable and internet service as of 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. After multiple calls to Charter, the reason for the outage and an expected time for service to be restored remain unknown. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
