BRANCHVILLE

All lanes of Hugo Road (Route 186) at its intersection with The Hall Road (Route 663) southwest of Branchville have been reopened. The Virginia Department of Transportation had set up detours on both roads earlier today following reports of an accident involving a tractor trailer.

According to VDOT communications specialist Brittany McBride, the agency was called regarding the incident at approximately 11:15 a.m. today and announced the closings by 11:40 a.m. Both roads reopened around 1:30 p.m.
