VIRGINIA BEACH — Mr. Charlie Vincent of Virginia Beach passed away on Jan. 26, 2018.

The funeral for the Franklin native will be on Wednesday, Feb. 7, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St. The interment will be in Odom Chapel Church Cemetery.
