Dustin Crain Harrington, 30, of First St., Chesapeake, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated – second within less than five years and driving restricted with blood alcohol content of .02 percent or more.

Chance Rashard Tyson Johnson, 26, of Wather Ave., Baltimore, Maryland, was arrested on charges of distribution of schedule I or II drugs and sell, distribute, etc. marijuana >1/2 oz to < 5 pounds.

Joseph Orlando Foster, 47, of White Meadow Road, Boykins, was arrested on a charge of simple assault against a family member.
