Franklin High School boys tennis begins season

After many years of not having a boys’ tennis team at Franklin High School, on Tuesday a boys’ Bronco tennis team resurfaced to open the 2018 tennis season with a game against the Windsor Dukes. The match of the day was between FHS No. 2 Jahmajae Bynum and WHS No. 2 Bryce Taylor. The match was close to two hours and the two players split sets. Because of the long timing of the first two sets, the third set was played using a 10-point tiebreak with Taylor enduring the marathon match to take the win.

4. Demarcus McDonald lost 6-0, 6-3 to Ethan Janas

5. Amarion Fenner won by default
