Everette Craven Johnson, 24, of 4th Avenue West, Williston, North Dakota, was arrested on a charge for possession schedule I or II drugs.
Rachell Resnick, 39, of Lydney Circle, Chesapeake, was arrested on a charge of hit and run – driver failed to stop/report/etc (victim injured.)
James Emmitt Eure, 50, of Carter Street, Franklin, was arrested on a charge of brandish or point firearm.
John Phillip Berry, 28, of Society Hill Road, Carson, Mississippi, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated – first conviction and blood alcohol level .15 to .20.
