Southampton High School Indians fell to the Poquoson High School Bull Islanders on Friday, 56-20. Coach Littleton Parker was upfront about his team’s performance.

“We didn’t play too well. We made a lot of mistakes,” he said. “We’ve been working on improving our conditioning.”

The Indians get another chance to show such improvement this week on Thursday, Aug. 30, when they host Warhill High School Lions from Williamsburg. Game time is at 7 p.m.
