Franklin youth football, cheer hold playoff game

FRANKLIN
The Franklin Youth Football & Cheer football program played the first round of playoff games at Armory Drive Recreational Park on Thursday.
For the flag division, the Franklin Mustangs defeated the Windsor Knights while the Boykins Bulldogs took out the Holland Razorbacks.
In the games for the junior division, the Franklin Mustangs defeated the Windsor Knights and the Boykins Bulldogs came out on top of the Holland Razorbacks.
In the senior division, the Franklin Mustangs overtook the Surry Cougars and the Boykins Bulldogs defeated the Holland/Windsor team.
The championship games will take place today, Nov. 7. In all divisions, the Franklin Mustangs will face the Boykins Bulldogs. The flag game & junior championship games will kick-off at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m., the annual cheerleader’s exhibition will be held on the main field and the senior championship game will take place afterward.
