The PDCCC Hurricanes have scheduled a summer baseball camp for youth ages 6-15. This will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 5-9 at the ballfield between the college and its Regional Workforce Development Center in Franklin.

Participants will get instruction by college players and coaches in hitting baserunning, catching, fielding, hitting, pitching and throwing. Pitchers and catchers will have breakout sessions on Thursday and Friday of that week.

Players should bring baseball equipment (there is extra if needed), lunch and a water bottle.

The cost is $175 per person and both sign-up and payment can be done online. Visit www.pdc.edu/athletics.
