NEWSOMS — Albert Wayne Dean, 54, passed away on Sept. 4, 2019, at VCU Medical Center in Richmond.

Born in Suffolk and reared in Southampton County, he was the son of the late Albert Butler, and was also predeceased by his father-in-law, Robert Henry Dundlow. Wayne was a painter and enjoyed video games, model cars, fishing, listening to music and watching TV shows.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Charlene Lorraine Dundlow Dean; his mother, Judith Vick Dean; his stepfather, Frank Dean; a daughter, Stephanie Cheyenne Dean; a brother, Joey Dean; mother-in-law, Carolyn Dundlow; numerous half-sisters and a half-brother; and many nieces and nephews.
