Election time is near and I hope the voters in Southampton County and the City of Franklin will seriously consider casting their vote for Mark B. Turner for sheriff. Mark is not a politician making promises to anyone and everyone to just get votes. He is a down-to-earth, “what you see is what you get,” experienced law enforcement officer who wants to bring fairness and justice to the office of the sheriff. He is a compassionate individual who not only shows compassion to his fellow law enforcement officers but also to those he has dealt with “on the wrong side of the law.” He is ethical and a man of principles.
