A Franklin man wanted on a charge of breaking and entering was captured on Thursday.

Ronald Burgess, 61, was taken into custody without incident, according to Sgt. Scott Halverson, spokesman for the FPD.

The city’s communications center received a call at approximately 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday in reference to a breaking and entering, which had occurred at a residence in the 700 block of North High Street. The officers’ investigation resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for Burgess.
