FRANKLIN

The Cover 3 Foundation is participating in the Summer Food Service Program, which provides free meals for children. Meals will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis at the following Western Tidewater locations.

Franklin

• Cover 3 Foundation, 125 S. College Drive. Breakfast and lunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, through Sept. 4.
• James L. Camp Jr. Family Center, 300 Crescent Drive/ Breakfast and lunch will be served from 8 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, through Sept. 2.
• Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, 683 Oak St. Breakfast and lunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, July 6 through Aug. 21.

Suffolk

• Apple Tree Learning Center, 601 W. Washington St. Breakfast and lunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday, through Sept. 4.
• Apple Tree Daycare Center, 401 Broad St. Breakfast and lunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday, through Sept. 4.
• Camp Arrowhead Suffolk YMCA, 275 Kenyon Road. Breakfast and lunch will be served from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, through Sept. 4.

To qualify for the program, children must live in an area where 50 percent or more students are eligible for free or reduced-price school lunches. This is regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, religious creed, disability, political beliefs, or reprisal or prior civil rights activity.
