FRANKLIN — Albert Cleveland Phillips Jr., 52, passed away on Oct. 1, 2020, in his home.
Albert was a graduate of Western Branch High School, and a mechanic for Starr Motors in Suffolk for 17 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 24 years, Stacey Belvin Phillips; his mother, Sandra Phillips of Chesapeake; a daughter, Brooke Annamarie Phillips of Franklin; a son, Briar James Phillips (Destiny) of Franklin; and a sister, Holly Fowler (Gene) of Smithfield.
