FCPS names alumnus for January: Dr. Antwan Hatch

The January Franklin City Public Schools Alumnus of the Month is Dr. Antwan Hatch.
A proud member of the football team and Bronco Band, Hatch graduated from Franklin High School in 1995.
After high school, he attended Norfolk State University and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in exercise Science in 1999. Hatch further pursued his education at Old Dominion University, and graduated in 2004 with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
He started his career working at Southampton Memorial Hospital, and is working in home health in the surrounding communities.
Hatch has been married to Stephanie for 13 years. They have three children — Bruce, Ethan and Nolan. H serves the community by volunteering as a board member for the James L. Camp Jr. YMCA and as a mentor for youth. Hatch has also volunteered for many sports-related youth activities, including serving as a coach for both Franklin Parks & Recreation and the YMCA, and as a medical clinician for the Franklin High School football team.
Dedicated to his community, he serves on the Board of Trustees for his local church and is a proud citizen of Franklin.
