FRANKLIN – William Cross “Cuz” Cousins, 81, passed away June 18, 2021 in his home. Born in North Carolina, he was the son of the late William Campbell Cousins and Audrey Cross Cousins. He is predeceased by a sister, Winnifred C. Smith.

Cuz was a graduate of Nashville Technical Institute and a retired road master for CSX Transportation after 41 years of service. He was a member of Franklin Masonic Lodge #151 AF & AM, a former member of the Hunterdale Ruritan Club and a volunteer for youth sports for many years.

Left to cherish his memory are his two sons, William Kyle Cousins and Ryan Sutherland Cousins.

Burial will be private in Buckhorn United Methodist Church Cemetery in Corinth, North Carolina. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
