CARRSVILLE – Dorothy M. Ruffin of Lelia Lane, Carrsville passed away on Nov. 7, 2021 in Southampton Memorial Hospital. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, Nov. 13 from 1 to 6 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 14 in Chapel Grove U.C.C., 7366 West Blackwater Road, Windsor with Pastor Dr. H. Carlyle Church Jr. delivering the message of comfort. The committal and benediction will follow in the church cemetery. Masks are required at all services.
