FRANKLIN – Reginald Leon Wiggins, 58, of Franklin, survived by his son, Kamari L. Wiggins and sister, Shirl Boone, passed away on April 29, 2022. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 4 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Vaughan-Temple Funeral Home. Vaughan-Temple Funeral Home is in charge of the services.
