SUFFOLK – William David “Billy” Nichols, 75, passed away on Nov. 21, 2022 in his home. Born and raised in Suffolk, he was a son of the late Augusta Belmont Nichols and Julia Lynch Nichols.

Billy was a retired mechanic for Franklin Equipment Company with 39 years of service. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, William David Nichols Jr. of Suffolk; a sister, Betty Jean Needham of Virginia Beach and two grandchildren.

Services will be private.
