Nottoway Elementary School is full of special helpers, and a school news release noted that over multiple weeks earlier this school year, the morning announcements were being made by students. The students assisted NES Principal Susan Street-Melbye in saying the Pledge of Allegiance, observing the moment of silence and informing the students and staff of important information pertaining to the daily activities.
