NORFOLK – Floyd Scott departed this earthly life on Nov. 21, 2022. He was born on March 15, 1960 to the late Jasper and Mamie Lee Scott. Floyd leaves to cherish his memories, two sisters, Fannie Mae Hines and Nancy Mitchell and one brother, McKinley Scott. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Dec. 4, at 1:30 p.m. at New Mercy Fellowship Ministries, 26484 Old Plank Road, Courtland, VA. The pastor is Robert E. Gay.
