Franklin High School junior guard Ariana Picot, pictured at left, was selected to the Class 1 Region B All-Region First Team, and senior guard Arbani Wiggins was selected to the all-region second team. A school news release noted that Picot is ranked fourth out of the top 32 Region B girls basketball players. The Lady Broncos finished the 2022-23 regular season with a 9-5 Tri-Rivers District record for a third-place finish, and they were 14-10 overall, including the district and regional tournaments.
