EVERETT, Pennsylvania – Paul A. Slagenweit, 84, of Everett, passed away on June 22, 2023 at home. He was born on Jan. 22, 1939 in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania; son of the late Paul and Naomi (Smith) Slagenweit.

Paul worked as a hospital personnel director and was a member of the First Christian Church in Everett. He owned and operated Barndollar Handyman Services and loved woodworking.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Oldham (husband, Charles). Surviving is his wife, Belva (Baker) Slagenweit; a daughter, Leila Partner of Florida; grandsons, Zachary Partner (Morgan) and Jacob Partner (Amy); great-grandchildren, Zachary and Sophia Partner; and a brother, Gerald Slagenweit (Barbara).

A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 24, at 10 a.m. at the Dry Hill Cemetery in Woodbury, Pennsylvania.

If so desired, memorial contributions in Paul’s name may be made to the Bedford County Humane Society, Pennsylvania.
