UPDATE: The City of Franklin Police Department has reported that this missing teen has been located, and it thanks the public for its help.
The City of Franklin Police Department is searching for a missing teenager who was last seen by her family Thursday evening, Nov. 9.
An FPD news release noted that officers with the department were dispatched at around 8:23 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 10, in response to a report of a missing juvenile.
The missing juvenile, Shiloh Lminggio, is a 16-year-old Black female last seen by family on Nov. 9 between 7:30 and 8 p.m., police said. The release stated that Lminggio is described as having red hair, a nose piercing, and scars on her left forearm. She is about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds.
This investigation is ongoing. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
