PORTSMOUTH – Clarence Junior Artis of Woodmill Court, Portsmouth, passed away on Feb. 2, 2024, in Bon Secours Maryview Hospital. On Saturday, a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 2 – 6 p.m. A homegoing celebration will be held on Sunday, Feb. 11, at 1 p.m. at Scott’s Revival Church, 1816 South Street in Franklin with the pastor, Dr. Evelyn Square delivering the eulogy.
