FRANKLIN – John Joseph Felgentreu Jr., 81, passed away March 17, 2024 in Courtland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late John J Felgentreu Sr. and Evelyn Moran Felgentreu.

John was a Navy veteran serving on the Independence and a retired electrician for Union Camp Corporation.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Loretta Council Felgentreu; a daughter, Janet Wade; a son, John Kevin Felgentreu; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.

A gathering of friends and family will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Heart Association.
