Franklin High School seniors Bothena Hathan, Ariana Picot, Alanna Boone, and Phnon McDonald-Hicks were awarded their associate degrees in Computer Science from Tidewater Community College during the graduation ceremony held Monday, May 6, at the Ted Constant Convocation Center on the campus of Old Dominion University.
