In Virginia, state graded feeder cattle steady to 17.00 lower. Feeder cattle at regular auction sales mostly 4.00 to 10.00 higher. Slaughter cows mostly steady to 4.00 higher. Wheat .20 to .45 lower. Corn mostly .07 to .10 higher, new crop mostly .06 higher. Soybeans .05 to .10 lower, new crop mostly .07 lower.
