SEDLEY – Joseph F. Pearson of Unity Road, Sedley, passed away July 11, 2024. The public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 3 – 7 p.m. On Friday, July 19, at 1 p.m., a celebration of love will be held at Zion Southampton A.M.E. Zion Church, 17121 Wakefield Road in Courtland with Pastor Robert E. Gay Sr. delivering the eulogy; Reverend Christopher Eason is the pastor. The committal and benediction will follow in Pleasant Plain Church Cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
