FRANKLIN – Warren Cabell Bridges, 76, passed away Aug. 22, 2024 in Southampton Memorial Hospital. Born and raised in Franklin, he was a son of the late Hubert Bridges Sr. and Mary Cabell Bridges. He was predeceased by a half-brother, Hubert Bridges Jr.
Warren was a 1966 graduate of Franklin High School and a 1970 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. He was a retired foster care case worker for Suffolk Social Services and after his retirement he was the dessert baker for Holland Restaurant in Suffolk.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 51 years,

Nancy Bradshaw Bridges; a sister, Mary Hu Bridges (Ranae); and two sisters-in-law, Linda Bridges and Carolyn B. Fowler (McCoy).
Services will be private. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Franklin Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
