The US government and foreign governments have been studying weather manipulation techniques throughout the 20th century, and a detailed report was put out by the National Science Foundation for the Special Commission on Weather Modification, titled Weather and Climate Modification. This ability is no conspiracy, hence the US patent #20030085296A1 by Waxmanski, called Hurricane and Tornado Control Device. However, the level of impact is the question of matter, especially with the recent Hurricane Helene and the devastating effect on the Appalachian region in North Carolina that will have overwhelming infrastructure and economic impacts. This hurricane had some very questionable movements that are being considered unusual by meteorologist and scientists alike. Not only was this a strange phenomenon, but it was also strategic. 

North Carolina is home to one of the biggest deposits of Lithium, used in batteries and infrastructure technology, which currently the US supply is drastically low due to not having access to Afghanistan anymore. Therefore, where this storm hit the hardest was right in that region of Kings Mountain, North Carolina that has the most lithium deposits in the US; and now this area has infrastructure and economic damage that will impact the region for years to come and delay the formation of lithium mines. 

According to the US Department of State, under secretary for arms control and international security, the US government signed a treaty in Geneva, Switzerland that was ratified in the 1980s, called the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques. This treaty designated guidelines and banned the use of certain weather warfare with the distinguished parties, that included the likes of China and Russia. However, a number of countries never signed this treaty, for which includes the likes of Israel, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iran and more. Therefore, the countries that have signed are bound by the treaty to obey according to the parameters in place by the UN, however, that does not mean they will listen. This should be questioned by the DOD as a potential weather manipulation attack and investigated swiftly. With multiple theaters of war opening up across the world, we must as a nation take precautions that the enemies of the American people could be using weather manipulation warfare secretly. This should be done for the sake of the hundreds of people who have lost their lives, and homes, in this potential attack. In the age of technology, either be the hadron collider from CERN, deep space programs with space force and the fourth industrial revolution, one must not take weather warfare as a conspiracy, the technology is real; the evidence of such weighs more than the climate change hoax.
