The fourth grade scientists of Nottoway Elementary School received a lesson in meteorology courtesy of WAVY-TV Channel 10’s Jeremy Wheeler on Thursday, Oct. 3. A school news release stated that the students were able to participate in a virtual field trip to the weather studio to talk with Wheeler about weather tools and cloud formations. “The school would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wheeler and the Channel 10 weather studio for their informative and engaging science lesson,” NES officials stated.
