FRANKLIN – Henry Baker, of Franklin, transitioned from his earthly home on Dec. 9, 2024 in Sentara Obici Hospital. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 3 – 7 p.m. A service celebrating his life will be on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 10 a.m. at New Mount Zion Baptist Church, 415 Stonewall Street in Franklin, with Elder Cornell Parker delivering the eulogy; The Rev. C.M. Carter is the pastor. The committal and benediction will follow in Southview Cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
