CAPRON – Joyce Ann Hipp, 82, passed away Dec. 28, 2024 in Maryview Medical Center. She was born on Sept. 24, 1942 in East Liverpool, Ohio to the late Charles and Goldie Young and was also predeceased by a daughter, Jody Baker. Joyce was a retired accountant for Southland Industries and was a former accounting clerk for Courtland Healthcare.
Left to cherish her memory is a daughter, Jennifer Justice of Capron; a son, Jeffrey Sanders of Portsmouth; a brother, John Young; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
