SUFFOLK-Iola “Sug” Williams, 85, died Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at her Suffolk home.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Laurel Hill United Church of Christ, 8001 South Quay Road, Suffolk, followed by burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until service time at the church and at other times at the family residence, 8107 South Quay Road. Crocker Funeral Home of Suffolk is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Williams was employed by Gold Kist Peanut Co., retiring in 1990.

Among her survivors is a daughter, Linda W. Hill of Windsor.
