FRANKLIN—A Franklin man was arrested for possession of marijuana, crack cocaine and heroin during a Monday traffic stop, Franklin police said.

Antonia Devon Hines, 32, of 409 Thomas St. was stopped at 9 p.m. after an officer spotted him backing up a sport utility vehicle on South Street and then turn onto Cobb Street, police said.

Hines was charged with possession of drugs with intent to deliver. He was jailed on $10,000 bond.
