Mr. James Otis “Popcorn” Walton of Carrsville, VA departed this life July 29, 2011. A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 4, 2011, Pulaski Baptist Church, 6431 Carrsville Hwy., Carrsville, VA with the pastor Dr. R.E. Rodgers delivering the eulogy.  The committal and benediction is in Mount Sinai Church Cemetery, Suffolk, VA.  On the day of service, his remains will rest in church for viewing by 11:00 AM. A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M.
